BUYER RESPONSIBILITY

1. Schedule a puppy evaluation with a licensed veterinarian with in three (3) business days of receiving your puppy. 

2. Purchase a premium dog food, if you are selecting a food other than Royal Canin Puppy consider a slow transition, click here for more information.  

3. Your puppy is not fully vaccinated and clean surfaces are crucial until two (2) weeks after your puppy is fully vaccinated. It is recommended disinfecting surfaces your pup's paws may come in contact with, no shoes in the home, no public outings where your puppy's paws may touch a surface. 

4. I know there is a lot of excitement and you want to show off your pup but, allowing your pup to adjust to their new setting and restricting outings and visitors for the first week is beneficial for the bonding and adjustment.
